Why EmpowHER Hearts? 

EmpowHER Hearts is an intentional therapeutic program experience created to meet girls 13–17 at a pivotal stage in life.

In a private or supportive cohort, your daughter will:

  • Learn how to make thoughtful decisions

  • Build confidence and identity

  • Develop emotional intelligence

  • Cultivate self-awareness

These are tools, skills, and connections she’ll carry with her — helping her thrive far beyond grades and achievements.

EmpowHER Hearts Collective is a 6-week small-group for girls ages 13–15 — a supportive, peer-driven experience designed to build confidence, self-leadership, and emotional awareness. A single investment of $697, due upon enrollment.

EmpowHER Hearts Premier is a 4-week individualized for girls ages 13–17 — tailored, intentional, and reserved for families seeking a high touch experience. A single investment of $897, due upon enrollment.

Led by Ashley Barnes, LPC, EmpowHER Hearts is designed to nurture confidence from the inside out… because when she’s clear on who she is, she can confidently shape where she’s going.
