I noticed that we often lack intention and introspection. In my own life, I’ve felt the burden of constantly adding responsibilities without letting any go. I wasn’t intentional about creating space to be authentic and process my inner thoughts and emotions, which were often shaped by my external circumstances. The greatest growth, I realized, happens when we are intentional about our pace, taking time to reflect before we act. Heartroverts was born from this desire to create a nurturing yet practical space, a place that emphasizes the power of inward exploration to fuel outward success.
